Shreya Mandal

Shreya Mandal has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shreya is currently working as an Associate Product Manager at FinBox since June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at IBM from August 2021 to June 2022. In 2020, they had multiple experiences including working as a Product Management intern at Mindbody, where they created a diagnostic report on PM processes, and as a Strategic Selling intern at ApnaComplex, where they analyzed and refined sales processes. Shreya also worked as a Strategy Intern at AB InBev India, where they devised modular toolkits for digital transformation and marketing. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Product and Marketing Manager at BigPhi, where they were responsible for conceptualizing and launching website features and creating customer-facing content. Shreya also had internship experiences at ISRO and Flex in 2017 and 2016 respectively.

Shreya Mandal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore between 2019 and 2021. Before that, they attained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Avionics from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, which they pursued from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Shreya has also obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they earned certifications in "Build Analyses - Basics" and "Review and Interpret Analyses" from Celonis. Prior to that, in November 2021, they completed the "IBM Agile Explorer" certification, and in October 2021, they obtained the "IBM Garage Essentials" certification. Shreya's most recent certification, acquired in August 2021, is the "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" certification from IBM.
