Vishakha Gupta

Vishakha Gupta has a strong background in various roles and industries. Vishakha began their career as an Intern at EY in 2013, where they focused on cash flow management and revenue management for a renowned hospital chain in India. Vishakha then moved on to CRISIL Limited in 2014, working as a Risk Consultant. During this time, they played a key role in developing the "IFRS9 - Expected Credit Loss" framework for Indian banks and led the implementation of Basel 2 credit risk regulatory capital solutions for a leading Sri Lankan bank. Vishakha also collaborated with a top European bank to monitor daily RWA and develop customized reports. In 2017, Vishakha joined HSBC as an Assistant Manager in the Global Stress Testing team, where they facilitated compliance with regulatory requirements and handled the transition to an in-house stress testing solution. In 2019, they interned at MetLife as part of the Global Leadership Development Program, where they focused on identifying growth opportunities within the Baby Boomer segment and suggested recommendations to drive Salesforce adoption. Most recently, Vishakha worked at Jupiter from 2020 to 2023, holding various roles including CX Manager and Product Risk Manager. In these positions, they led customer experience projects, analyzed user and agent issues, identified product opportunities, and managed stakeholders to implement new product flows. Vishakha will be joining FinBox as a Product Manager in 2023.

Vishakha Gupta pursued their education with a strong focus on business administration. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Shri Ram College of Commerce, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Later, in 2018 to 2020, Vishakha Gupta pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HKUST Business School. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in the MBA Exchange program at the National University of Singapore to further enhance their business management skills.
