Seva Nuriyeva-Aghalarova

Seva Nuriyeva-Aghalarova is an experienced project manager with a strong background in telecommunications and infrastructure projects, currently serving as a Project Manager at FINCA Azerbaijan since October 2020. Prior to this position, Seva worked for Eurodesign CSC for fourteen years, fulfilling roles such as Project Manager, Program Management Office Consultant, Project Coordinator, HR Lead Specialist, and Service Manager. During this time, Seva led various significant projects, including the development and implementation of WiFi and LTE strategies for BP's Upstream Field Network Modernisation programme and oversaw various infrastructure projects for Azerbaijani ministries and corporations. Seva holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from Baku Asia University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
