Zaur Nurmammadov

Zaur Nurmammadov has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, marketing, and management. Zaur has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

From 2005 to the present, Zaur has been working at FINCA Azerbaijan. Zaur started as a Special Projects Coordinator, assisting senior management in designing and executing new systems. Zaur later became the Administrative Department Manager and then the Marketing Department Manager, where they oversaw marketing initiatives within the organization. Zaur then served as the Marketing and Operations Manager, responsible for credit operations, portfolio quality, and delinquency management. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer, responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to improve process efficiency and achieve financial goals.

Prior to joining FINCA Azerbaijan, Zaur worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the International Rescue Committee from 2002 to 2005. Zaur was also a Community Mobiliser/MIS officer at CARE International UK from 2000 to 2001, where they implemented field-based activities for community development projects.

Zaur Nurmammadov's education history begins with their studies at Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi from 1995 to 1996, where they focused on Turkish Language. Following this, they attended Ege University from 1996 to 2000 to pursue studies in Information Technology. Most recently, they attended Atatürk Üniversitesi from 2014 to 2018, specializing in PR and Promotion.
