Koka Maghradze

Koka Maghradze has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure. They worked at FINCA Impact Finance as the Head of Global Infrastructure Team, leading the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise. They also held the role of Acting Head of Global Infrastructure Team at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior and Global Infrastructure Administrator.

Before joining FINCA Impact Finance, Koka worked at itgroup® as the Head of IT Infrastructure. They were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure needs of the organization.

Koka Maghradze earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Georgian Technical University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydro Engineering Management, also at Georgian Technical University.

In addition to their formal education, Koka obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they achieved the certification "MS: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" from Microsoft. Koka also earned the "Microsoft Certified Professional" certification in March 2014.

Koka further completed various training programs and received consultations for the development of online conference systems for Georgian community colleges in Ames, Iowa, USA in October 2010. In August 2009, they participated in trainings, consultations, and workshops for developing open-source distance education systems at USAID in Castelgar, BC, Canada. Additionally, Koka received training in distance education systems and developing solutions for using tablet technology in distance education at NATO in Ames, Iowa, USA in April 2008. Koka also secured the "Cambridge English - First Certificate in English (FCE)" from FCE in September 2002.
