Global Director - Back Office Strategy & Shared Services Center Pakistan at FINCA Impact Finance

Nuvin Jatala has a strong background in IT and strategy, with over two decades of work experience. Nuvin has held various leadership roles in organizations such as FINCA Microfinance Bank, Kashf Microfinance Bank, and City Schools Private Limited. In their most recent role as Global Director at FINCA Impact Finance, they focus on back office strategy and shared services center in Pakistan. Throughout their career, Jatala has been responsible for implementing and managing IT solutions, driving technology innovations, and establishing IT governance and project management frameworks. Nuvin also has experience in core banking systems, information and communication infrastructure, and setting up support services.

Nuvin Jatala completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Systems from NED University of Engineering and Technology between 1994 and 1998. After a gap, they pursued a Master's in Computer Science (MCS) from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Alongside their formal education, Nuvin Jatala obtained several additional certifications. In April 2012, they completed the Advanced Leadership Program from The Wharton School. In January 2017, they obtained a certification in Business Strategy from McKinsey Academy. In April 2017, they completed the Digital Money certification from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. More recently, in June 2022, Nuvin Jatala obtained certifications in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency from Digital Frontiers Institute and in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future from MIT Sloan School of Management.
