Renj Vidyadharan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career at TFS DERIVATIVES LIMITED, where they worked as a Structure Products - Pricing and Engineering specialist from November 2004 to November 2007. In this role, they designed and priced equity, FX, and commodity-based structured products, while also analyzing market parameters to develop optimal structures.

From January 2008 to January 2009, Renj worked at Deutsche Bank as a Global Markets Investment products Originator. Here, they monitored various markets to generate cross-asset investment product ideas and collaborated with trading desks and structuring teams to develop products suited to client preferences. They also pitched these products to the sales force, incorporating feedback for refinements.

Renj then joined British Gas Business in May 2009 as a Cost Forecasting Analyst - Risk Management, focusing on modeling cost recovery premiums in retail gas prices. They also developed internal documents detailing hedging strategies, residual risks, and recommendations.

Moving to NatWest Group in July 2010, Renj initially served as an FX Options IPV & Reserves Product controller. In this role, they conducted independent price testing of FX smile models, calculated reserves related to bid-offer and volatility skew, and drafted internal finance training documents. Later, from April 2013 to August 2015, they worked as a Pricing Analyst, developing strategic approaches for calculating Prudential Valuation adjustments for the FX Options and Hybrids businesses and creating VBA-based pricing tools.

Currently, Renj is employed at FINCAD as a Customer Success Manager, having joined in September 2015. Notably, they served as an EMEA Pre-Sales Technical Lead before transitioning into their current role. As a pre-sales lead, they worked with various FINCAD product offerings, including the F3 object-oriented library, F3 Platform server-based solution, and the Python SDK. They crafted targeted product presentations and demos to communicate value propositions to different teams and stakeholders, while also producing prototype Python code for illustrating roadmap items and providing direction to product managers. Use-cases they worked on included accurate valuation, curve and volatility surface building, risk measurement, scenario analysis, and calculation of CVA valuation adjustments.

Renj Vidyadharan completed their education in a chronological order. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Newham Sixth Form College (NewVIc), where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Renj later enrolled in Brunel University London in 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics, graduating in 2004. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, Renj attended Birkbeck, University of London, where they earned a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering.
