Hari Kolam

Hariharan Kolam is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently, as the Founder and CEO of Findem, a People Intelligence platform established in April 2019, Hariharan focuses on helping organizations build diverse and engaged teams. Prior to this role, Hariharan founded Instart as the CTO, where from November 2010 to December 2019, the company developed a pioneering endpoint-aware application delivery solution utilizing machine learning and CDNs. Starting in the technology field as a Software Engineer at Aster Data from May 2008 to November 2010 and holding positions such as MTS at Sun Microsystems from August 2003 to January 2007, Hariharan has a strong technical background supported by an M.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a B.E. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
