Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Finder

Andrew Hallam has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Andrew most recently worked at Finder as the Interim Head of People & Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, where they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Finder starting in April 2022. Before joining Finder, Andrew served as the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Toll Group from November 2021 to April 2022. Andrew also held the role of Performance, Remuneration and Benefits Lead at Transurban from July 2019 to November 2021. From November 2017 to July 2019, they worked as the Global Remuneration and Benefits Manager at Treasury Wine Estates. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Asciano as the Reward and Analytics Manager from October 2015 to July 2016, and as a Remuneration Specialist from November 2012 to October 2015. Prior to Asciano, they worked at Deloitte Australia as a Management Consultant and Manager from May 2007 to November 2012, where they specialized in HR transformation, organization development, systems implementation, change management, and cost restructures. Andrew's earlier roles include serving as a Psychometric Test Developer at Psych Press from January 2007 to February 2008, and as a Psychometric Testing Intern at PDI Ninth House from January 2006 to December 2006.

Andrew Hallam began their education at Monash University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Systems degree with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from 2003 to 2007. In 2005, they participated in a university exchange program at Simon Fraser University in Canada, focusing on Information Systems. Later on, they pursued further studies at Monash University and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology specializing in Organizational Psychology from 2007 to 2008.
