Jason O'Conal

Jason O'Conal has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Jason started their career in 2007 at Reverse Jobs, where they contributed to the development of a unique job board website. In 2009, they joined WallCann as a Web Developer, where they built an online affiliate marketing system and developed the company's CMS and online marketplace. In 2011, they worked at Theory Z as a Web Developer, customizing Drupal installations for small-to-medium enterprises. From 2012 to 2014, Jason worked at Bigcommerce as a Software Engineer, where they focused on developing new features and improving the platform. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer and later became a Lead Software Engineer in 2015. In 2016, Jason joined finder as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Principal Engineer in 2018. Additionally, Jason founded Reverse Phones Australia in 2010 and built it from scratch, transforming it into a profitable website with multiple iterations.
