Sudipta Chakraborty has extensive work experience in customer support and success roles. Sudipta has worked as the Head of Customer Service at Findoc since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Support & Success Consultant at Jobiak from 2022 to 2023. Sudipta also served as the Director of Customer Success at CallHub from 2022 to 2022. From 2021 to 2022, Sudipta was the Head of Customer Support and Success at Yubi, where they focused on increasing customer satisfaction. Before that, they were the Head Customer Support at Raven360 from 2020 to 2021, where they led the launch of an LMS/eTesting transition project. Sudipta also gained managerial experience at VMware as a Technical Support Manager and a Manager in Client Success from 2015 to 2016. Sudipta Chakraborty completed a 3-year AICTE approved Diploma in Hotel Management from NIPS-Kolkata from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, Sudipta completed their 10+2 education in Science from National High School (Boys) from 1994 to 1997. Sudipta also completed their 10th grade education from Orient day school with an ICSE board. Apart from their formal education, Sudipta has obtained several certifications including the Hybrid Cloud 6, VCA DCV, and VMware Certified Associate 6 – Hybrid Cloud certifications from VMware. Sudipta also has certifications in Six Sigma, including being trained in Six Sigma GB and Yellow Belt certified for TAT Reduction from HSBC EDPI. Additionally, Sudipta is certified/accredited as a Call Coach from HSBC EDPI.
