Guru Balan

Guru Balan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Guru currently works as a Cloud Engineer at FINEOS since July 2021. Previously, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at G2Technology Solutions from February 2018 to October 2019, where they designed and built applications using various technologies. Prior to that, Guru worked as an IT Manager at IWL INDIA LTD from July 2017 to February 2018, managing the IT division and making vital changes to the ERP platform. Guru also has experience as a Sharepoint Developer/Administrator at Atos from December 2014 to June 2017, where they designed and customized SharePoint versions based on client requirements. Guru began their career as a Customer Care Executive at Tata Business Support Services Limited from September 2013 to August 2014, where they established customer relationships and provided professional support.

Guru Balan completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the National College of Ireland from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Guru Balan obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Dr.Sivanthi Adithanar College of Engineering from 2008 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Guru Balan obtained certifications in Cybersecurity and SQL from TestDome in April 2021. Prior to that, Guru Balan obtained the certification for Exam 331: Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 from Microsoft in December 2016. Guru Balan also holds the MTA 98-372 certification from Microsoft Certification, obtained in July 2015.
