Jeffrey Vale CLMS DIA DHP HIA MHP SP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeffrey started their career at Aetna as a Team Leader from 1993 to 2001. Jeffrey then joined The Hartford as a Team Leader, managing a team of claim professionals.

Following that, Jeffrey worked at MetLife as a Unit Manager, overseeing various units and managing the hiring process. Jeffrey was responsible for mentoring staff, improving communication and problem-solving skills.

In 2011, Jeffrey joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Manager II, where they set strategic directions for the operation and collaborated with external audit vendors. Jeffrey also provided training on quality assurance trends and risk management support.

Currently, Jeffrey is employed at FINEOS as a Senior Business Consultant. Jeffrey has also served as a Business Consultancy Team Lead, mentoring and supporting a team of consultants. Jeffrey ensures adherence to best practices and acts as a liaison between project teams and customers, providing guidance on customer engagement and application of best practices.
