Kannan Narayanan has over 25 years of experience in various roles spanning project management, delivery management, and Agile coaching. Kannan Narayanan has a proven track record of successfully delivering major digital transformation projects using Agile principles. Kannan has expertise in implementing CI/CD processes and improved code and configuration management. Kannan Narayanan has experience working with diverse teams in different countries and states, managing and coaching them towards Agile methodologies. Kannan has also led organization-wide transformations from Waterfall to Agile delivery methods.

Kannan Narayanan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sathyabama University from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued their Master's Degree in AGSM - Master of Business & Technology from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Kannan also obtained additional certifications, including SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019 and Scrum Master Accredited from the International Scrum Institute in January 2014. Kannan Narayanan is also a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute.
