Katarzyna Stachowiak

Katarzyna Stachowiak has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Katarzyna started their career as a Mortgage and Leasing Agent at Lex-Finance in 2006, followed by a role as a Game and Software Tester at Playsoft from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Lufthansa Systems Poland.

Katarzyna then joined Sii Polska in 2012 as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in quality assurance, test scenario design and execution, bug tracking, and application production. Katarzyna worked on projects for SKOK and Aviva Commercial Union.

In 2013, Katarzyna became an Implementation Specialist at Atena Usługi Informatyczne i Finansowe S.A., where they focused on quality assurance, test scenario design and execution, bug tracking, regression testing, and coordination of testing teams. Katarzyna worked on insurance software projects for Aviva Commercial Union, STU Ergo Hestia S.A., and Gothaer TU S.

From 2015 to 2016, Katarzyna worked as an Implementation Specialist at Logisfera Nova. In this role, they handled quality assurance, test scenario design and execution, bug tracking, test coordination with external teams, and bug resolution with the engineering and UX teams. Katarzyna performed functional, integration, and regression tests and played a key role in creating and supporting acceptance tests for STU Ergo Hestia S.A. and MTU insurance software.

Most recently, Katarzyna has been working at FINEOS since 2016 as a Test Engineer, although no specific end date was provided.

Katarzyna Stachowiak earned a Licentiate degree in Political Science with a specialization in Journalism and Public Relations from Gdańska Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna from the years 2002 to 2005. Katarzyna then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Political Science from the same institution, which took place from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Katarzyna holds certifications in SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in June 2016, and ISTQB CTFL from Stowarzyszenie Jakości Systemów Informacyjnych / Association for the Quality of Information Systems, completed in December 2012.
