Patrick Lai-Fang

Application Support Engineer at FINEOS

Patrick Lai-Fang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick started their career as a Project Manager at AT&T in 2013, where they managed day-to-day orders and account maintenance activities for the Signature Client Group. In 2017, they joined IBM as a Fin & Admin Business Analyst and later transitioned to a Client Support Specialist role. At IBM, they were responsible for processing accounting transactions and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-focused services.

In 2018, Patrick joined General Assembly as a Web Development Fellow, where they underwent a 12-week training program focused on web development tools and best practices. Patrick gained skills in Git/Github, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, MongoDB, SQL, and Ruby during this time.

Patrick then joined Capgemini in 2018 as an Application Consultant, where they worked until 2020, contributing to various application projects. In 2020, they moved to OneTrust as a Technical Implementation Consultant, leveraging their technical expertise to assist clients with implementation processes.

Most recently, Patrick joined FINEOS in 2020 as an Application Support Engineer, where they continue to provide technical support and assistance for FINEOS applications.
