Paul Donnelly

Paul joined FINEOS in September 2022 to guide FINEOS business operations in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), bringing extensive international experience in the insurance and technology sectors.

He has held leadership and pan-European roles, most recently at Munich Re as executive vice president, of EMEA, for its automation solutions division. At Munich Re, his team provided new business processing and underwriting automation solutions to many of the world’s leading life and health insurers.

Paul’s mission at FINEOS is to establish mutually beneficial relationships with insurers in the region, to work closely with other players in the insurance ecosystem, and to deliver a positive customer experience to the insured population. As a member of the FINEOS leadership team, Paul will also help define and execute FINEOS strategy.
