Rohit Gupta

Rohit Gupta has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on group benefits. Rohit currently holds the position of VP of Products - FINEOS Engage and Insight at FINEOS since May 2021. Prior to that, they had a startup multifaceted leadership role at Spraoi (sprē) from August 2017 to May 2021, where they led a team in developing machine learning models and product development for data supply chain in the insurance domain. Rohit was also responsible for pre-sales and delivery of engagements.

Before joining Spraoi, Rohit worked at EIS Group Ltd as AVP Program Management, Group Benefits in 2016 and at Ernst & Young (EY) as Senior Manager FSO Advisory from 2015 to 2016. In these roles, they focused on pre-sales, program management, and establishing strategic partnerships in the group benefits sector.

Rohit also has a long tenure at Cognizant, where they held various roles including Life Insurance Consulting Leader, Program Manager IT led Business Transformation, Manager Consulting, IT Portfolio Manager, and Systems Analyst. During their time at Cognizant, they led the life consulting practice, managed policy administration transformation for a large group benefits carrier, led program management office, and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of applications.

Rohit Gupta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2017, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2004.
