Emily Johnstone

Emily Johnstone currently serves as the Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Finexio since October 2024. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Net Conversion from September 2019 to October 2024, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. At Southern HealthCare Management, Emily was involved in FMLA, ADA, and Transitional Duty management, overseeing a team responsible for FMLA policy and training, and handling benefits administration and payroll audits from June 2018 to September 2019. Emily began a career in human resources at Digital Risk from November 2015 to June 2018, working as a Technical Recruiter and in Human Resources Operations. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Management-Human Resources from UCF College of Business, earned between 2010 and 2012.
