Dawn Case has a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University and an Associate of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Dawn has held various managerial positions in healthcare organizations such as Finger Lakes Community Health, Lee Health, Rochester Regional Health, and the University of Rochester. Currently, Dawn serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Finger Lakes Community Health.
