Jade Grimwood has a long and varied career in operations, service transformation, and innovation. In 2022, they began working as a Leadership Operations Manager at Fingerprint for Success (F4S), where they support the CEO/Founder in making human development accessible to everyone. Jade is also a Transformation & Ways of Working Coach, freelancing as a coach, facilitator, and speaker. In 2019, they began working at Hireup as the Service Transformation Lead, designing and delivering a new operating rhythm for a highly empathetic operations team. Jade Grimwood obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Wollongong in 2002, with a field of study in English Literature and Gender Studies. Jade also holds a Heart Centred Facilitator certification from Danielle LaPorte Inc, which they obtained in February 2022.
