Aleksandra Andrzejczyk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandra began their career in 2013 as a Global Consultant Data Services Specialist at Franklin Templeton Investments, where they collaborated with internal departments and outside partners to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Aleksandra then moved on to IPADE Business School in 2014 as a Business Support Analyst, where they researched executive education programs and studied trends in the market. In 2015, they joined Merit Tarkvara AS as a Marketing & Customer Experience Consultant, providing customer service and guiding clients in using accounting software. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Playtech, serving as the main point of technical communication for VIP accounts and managing incident communication. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at Glia, including Product Data Analyst and Client Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to clients and managed support requests. Most recently, they joined Fingerprint in 2023 as a Product Analyst.

Aleksandra obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IPADE Business School in 2014. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Policy at Poznan University of Economics and Business. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the same university.

Before their Masters, in 2010 and 2011, Aleksandra pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Valencia. Their undergraduate studies from 2008 to 2011 were focused on Economics, where they earned a Bachelor's degree from Poznan University of Economics and Business.

Apart from their formal education, Aleksandra also holds several additional certifications. In September 2022, they attained a Product Analytics Micro-Certification (PAC™) from Product School. In March 2022, they completed a certification in Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics from Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally, in July 2021, they earned certifications in Amazon (AWS) QuickSight from Udemy and Data Analysis in R from Dataquest.io.
