Lucas Grondin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lucas started their career as a C++ developer intern at Innixim in November 2015 and continued in the role of a C++ developer until January 2017. In 2017, they joined Societe.com as a C developer, where they worked until June 2018. From October 2018 to June 2019, Lucas worked at Stormshield as a C developer, focusing on SNS development, regression testing, code review, and utilizing various tools like clang, FreeBSD, Python, Git, and gdb. In December 2020, Lucas became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hashtagger and held this position until July 2022. Currently, they are working as a Golang Back End Developer at Fingerprint since October 2022.

Lucas Grondin began their education journey in 2014 when they attended 42, where they pursued a Senior (21) degree. In 2015, they briefly studied at HEC Paris, specializing in digital innovation for business through a certificate program that lasted for five weeks. In 2020, Lucas enrolled at ESCP Business School, where they focused on entrepreneurship within the Option E program. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Full Stack Developer degree from Tortuga Coders.

Lucas Grondin also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In March 2020, they received a Web Developer certification from Tortuga Coders. In April 2019, they acquired a certification in Financial Markets from Coursera. Furthermore, in June 2020, they completed a specialization in Fintech: Foundations & Applications of Financial Technology from Coursera. In October 2020, Lucas obtained a specialization in Programming with Google Go from Coursera. Lastly, in November 2020, they completed a specialization in Blockchain, also from Coursera.
