Antti Kuusela

Antti Kuusela has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Antti started their career at ABB as a Product Manager trainee from 2008 to 2011. Afterwards, they joined Fingrid Oyj as a Planning Engineer from 2011 to 2013, and then served as a Specialist from 2013 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Antti worked as an Expert at Fingrid Oyj, focusing on various aspects of power system planning and mentoring. Antti was then promoted to the role of Head of Operational Engineering in 2021, where they led the establishment of the Operational engineering unit, ensuring capabilities for a secure power system energy transition. This role involved responsibilities such as operational requirements, measurement and monitoring capabilities, analysis, and modeling of unexpected operational situations and disturbances.

Antti Kuusela earned a Master's degree in Power Systems from Aalto University, where they studied from 2004 to 2011.
