Melissa Bernardino

Melissa Bernardino is currently working at Finix as the Head of Compliance & Risk since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ACI Worldwide for seven years, starting in 2014, as the Director of Operational Compliance. Melissa also had a role at Official Payments, an ACI Worldwide Company, as the Director of Product Planning from 2012 to 2014. Before that, Melissa worked as a Consultant in the Payments Industry from 2010 to 2012. Melissa also served as the Director of Product Development at Transactis from 2008 to 2010. Melissa began their career at AT&T, where they held the position of Senior Payments Manager from 1996 to 2008. Melissa also worked as the Director of Systems Development at Equifax Financial Information Services from 1990 to 1996.

Melissa Bernardino pursued their undergraduate studies at Transylvania University from 1982 to 1986. Melissa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Mathematics, as well as Mathematics and Economics. Melissa continued their academic journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Research.
