Vanessa is currently the Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Finjan Holdings. Prior to joining Finjan, they were a Senior IR Consultant at NMN Advisors from September 2020 to August 2021. From July 2015 to May 2020, Vanessa was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Finjan Holdings. From July 2006 to July 2015, they were an Investor Relations Consultant at StreetSmart Investor Relations where they were responsible for Establishing messaging with key executives to ensure consistency throughout corporate communications, Traveling with executives to help reiterate key messages and actively solicit feedback, Arranging analyst days and key bus tours to improve visibility and introducing a broader executive team, Revamping IR Presentations for clear, influential messaging, Initiating IR perception studies and targeting presentations for clients, Having daily communication with the sell-side to gain perspective and target new coverage, and Having frequent interactions with the buy-side to improve messaging and target key long-term investors.
