Rebecca Joy Doctor has over 16 years of professional work experience. Rebecca Joy began their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Representative at Convergys. In 2005, they moved to AT&T as an Escalation Manager. In 2010, they joined Verizon Business as a Network Operations Center Engineer. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at SNL Financial as a Manager of NOC Operations and Senior Network Operations Center Engineer. In 2020, they moved to ProSpark as a Site Reliability Engineer and is currently working at Finlex GmbH as a Platform Engineer since 2021.
