Paul was SVP of Single Family Business at Freddie Mac. He was also SVP, Manager Mortgage Finance at JP Morgan Chase; President & CEO of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS); President & CEO of Residential Mortgage Division of First Interstate Bank in California; and EVP and Treasurer of Glendale Federal Bank in California.
