Lucia Weathers, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in communications and strategic consulting. As the Chief Executive Officer of Weathers Strategy Group since November 2020, Lucia leads a mission-driven agency focused on addressing societal issues through collaborative partnerships. Prior to this role, Lucia served as Chief Communications Officer at Lum & Ele Public Relations and held various senior communications positions at organizations including FINN Partners, Learn & Work Ecosystem Library, and the Strada Education Foundation. With a solid educational background comprising a BA from Butler University and an MBA from Anderson University, Lucia has built a robust career dedicated to enhancing brand visibility and strategic communication for numerous clients.
