Jenni Suursalmi has extensive work experience at Finnair. Jenni started in 2015 as an HR Trainee, where they worked with project coordination, HR development, and recruitment. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Learning Delivery Coordinator, focusing on digital learning and managing eLearning projects. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Digital Learning Consultant, leading the design and development of Finnair's learning management system. Since 2021, Jenni has been the HR Processes & Workday Development Lead, driving the development of Finnair's people-related systems, particularly Workday. Jenni is involved in strategic planning, leading development projects, and completing hands-on development within the HCM system. Currently, Jenni holds the position of HR Processes & Digitalization Development Lead at Finnair, where they continue to enhance employee and user experiences.
Jenni Suursalmi pursued their education by first obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/European Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016. During their studies, they had the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge by attending The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2014-2015 as part of their Bachelor's Degree program, where they focused on International Business Management. Later, in 2020-2022, they continued their academic journey at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Technologies.
