Kaisa Aalto-Luoto

Kaisa Aalto-Luoto serves as the Chief People Officer at Finnair since October 2023. Aalto-Luoto holds board member positions at OP Uusimaa and OP Helsinki since April 2021. Previously, Aalto-Luoto was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sanoma Media Finland from May 2021 to October 2023 and served as VP of Human Resources at Metso Outotec for nearly a year. Aalto-Luoto spent over six years at Outotec in various senior human resources roles, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Communications. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mandatum Life, HR Account Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, and HR Consultant at Legioona Oy. Aalto-Luoto holds a Master of Science degree in Economics & Business Administration from Turku School of Economics and completed a program at London Business School in 2010.
