Fredric Mosley is a researcher at the Finnish Environment Institute (Syke) since April 2024, focusing on sustainability and climate solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a junior researcher at the European Forest Institute and participation in the Master Label Programme at EIT Climate-KIC, where efforts were directed towards advancing climate-smart practices. Fredric has contributed to various academic projects, including a master’s thesis on the climate effects of extending the lifetime of wood products at Aalto University. Additional internships and research assistant roles have provided experience in energy and climate, wood material technology, and biogenic resources. Fredric possesses a Master of Science in Chemical, Biochemical and Materials Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from Arcada University of Applied Sciences.
