Valentina Arutiunian

Valentina Arutiunian is an HR Operations Specialist at Finom, an online-banking solution for freelancers and SMEs, since November 2022. Previously, Valentina served as an HR Admin at DocuSketch from October 2021 to November 2022, focusing on recruiting for various positions, including C-level and technical roles. Prior to that, Valentina worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Junior IT Recruiter at Skycoin, where the responsibilities included recruiting Golang Developers and managing payroll for the development team. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from the Higher School of Economics, has completed a Strategic Management course at Avans University of Applied Sciences, and has pursued a Marketing course at Universidad de Monterrey.
