Richard Allnutt has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Richard started their career in 2014 as a Designer at Missouri Star Quilt Company, where they were responsible for layout design, department coordination, virtual quilting, graphic design, and web coding development. Richard worked there until 2018.

In 2018, Richard joined Cerner Corporation as an Apprentice Software Engineer, focusing on LightsOn Data Analytics. Richard utilized object-oriented (OO) principles and new UI design principles to develop an application for providing valuable information to doctors and nurses in clinics and hospitals. Richard also contributed to the design and creation of new data analytics pages for clients. Richard remained with Cerner Corporation until 2020.

During their time at Cerner, Richard also had a temporary role as a Software Engineer in the Dev Academy - Data Analytics team. Richard developed web pages using React to generate reports and information on the status and overall health of projects within the organization. Richard provided feedback and encouraged better UI and development standards.

Since 2022, Richard has been working as a Software Engineer at Finotta, where they continue to apply their technical skills and expertise.

Overall, Richard has shown a strong aptitude for software engineering and has gained valuable experience in both frontend and backend development, data analytics, and UI design.

Richard Allnutt attended North Central Missouri College from 2010 to 2012 and earned an Associate's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Richard then transferred to Missouri Western State University, where they studied Graphic Design from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree. Lastly, Richard pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2017 to 2020.
