Anand Kushwaha has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Anand most recently worked as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition at Finova Capital, where they were responsible for talent acquisition in several regions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at PaisaBuddy and Seeds Fincap Private Limited. Anand also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Samasta Microfinance Limited and as an Assistant Manager Human Resource at Shriram Housing Finance Ltd. Anand began their career as a Personnel Officer at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.,Ltd and has also held positions at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and Tele Star Network.
