Lisa Wright

Lisa Wright is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across multiple countries and sectors. Currently serving as the Group People Partner and Divisional HR Business Partner at Finsbury Food Group since April 2018, Lisa leads the HR function for the Cake manufacturing business, overseeing 2,500 employees across four sites and the Supply Chain Function. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources for Scotland at Precision Castparts, where Lisa managed HR for several sites in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Brazil, and HR Advisor positions at Burton's Biscuit Company and Eastern Western Motor Group. Lisa holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services from Edinburgh Napier University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
