Dr. Nadiya El-Sourani

Dr. Nadiya El-Sourani is an experienced professional in the fields of neuroscience, UX research, and innovation management. Currently serving as Innovation Manager at finstreet., Dr. El-Sourani previously held roles as Information Architect and UX Researcher at Westphalia DataLab GmbH, as well as Postdoctoral Researcher and Researcher in cognitive neuroscience at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Earlier internships at Deutsche Telekom focused on products, innovations, and recruiting. Dr. El-Sourani holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Münster and a Master of Science in Human Factors and Media Psychology, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Twente.
