Dan Waterloo

Dan Waterloo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as an IBM Blockchain Practitioner and Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Dan teaches 'Entrepreneurship in Industry' to undergraduate and graduate students. As the owner of Interface Technologies, Dan specializes in Electrical Design Automation (EDA) software, providing training and library development services. Additionally, Dan organizes the monthly Blockchain Special Interest Group at FinTank and mentors startups at mHUB Chicago, offering business expertise to help them refine their prototypes. With a strong background in sales engineering at multiple prestigious firms and a foundational career in engineering, Dan holds an MBA and MPM from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, along with a BSEE from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
