Jennifer Doherty began their work experience in 2003 at Irish Life & Permanent, where they held various roles such as Mortgage Manager, Business Development Manager, and Intermediary Development Manager. Jennifer then worked at RationalFX as a Commercial Sales representative before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Corporate & Institutional Banking as a Liquidity Pricing Manager. In 2011, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they served as Vice President EMEA Pricing Manager and Vice President EMEA Liquidity Product Manager.

Jennifer joined HSBC in 2013 and held multiple positions, including Senior Commercialisation Manager - Liquidity & Investment Products, Global Head of Commercialisation - Liquidity & Investment Products, and Asia Head of Innovation - Global Liquidity & Cash Management. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included identifying technology opportunities and shaping the innovation strategy for HSBC's corporate clients.

Jennifer then moved to Fintech for International Development as a Non-Executive Director before joining Standard Chartered Bank in 2020. At Standard Chartered, they held the roles of Head of Strategic Initiatives and Business Management and Managing Director - Chief of Staff.

In addition to their roles at banks, Jennifer also served as a Board Member for Standard Chartered Strategic Investments Limited (SCSIL) and as a Non-Executive Director for the Irish Chamber of Commerce, Singapore.

Jennifer Doherty's education history includes obtaining a Certificate in Credit and Lending from the Bankers Institute of Ireland in 2006. In the following year, they also earned a Certificate in Mortgage Practice from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained several additional certifications in recent years, including a Brain-Based Conversation Skills certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute in November 2022. Jennifer has also completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme and the Oxford Cyber Security for Business Leaders Executive Briefing Programme (Standard Chartered Bank) from the University of Oxford in September 2022.
