Anand Ranchord

Anand Ranchord is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in innovation, strategy, and customer experience across various financial institutions and technology organizations. As the Founder of Maverick since September 2020, Anand has also served as a Board Member for NZTech and an Executive Council member for FinTechNZ, focusing on governance and strategy within New Zealand's fintech landscape. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Kiwibank, where responsibilities spanned innovation strategy, partnership development, and customer experience enhancement. Anand's earlier career encompassed significant positions at Inland Revenue NZ, Westpac, and consulting at Accenture, supplemented by a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
