Matt Brook

Matt Brook is the SVP, Customer Success at FintechOS. Matt has over 20 years of experience in customer success, professional services, and IT management.

Brook started their career as a project manager at Vertex Customer Management in 2000. Matt then moved to Working Links as a project manager in 2006. In 2008, they became the Head of Corporate Infrastructure at Pinnacle People Ltd.

Brook joined Appian Corporation in 2011 as the Vice President, Customer Success & Professional Services. Matt was responsible for Appian's customer success and professional services operations in the EMEA and APAC regions. In 2021, they joined FintechOS as the SVP, Customer Success.

Matt Brook has an advanced diploma in business management from the University of Durham Business School. Matt also has a 2:1 in agriculture from Newcastle University. Matt is certified in PRINCE2, MSP Program Management, and SAFe Practitioner.
