Denise Garlington

Denise Garlington is an experienced compensation leader currently serving as the Total Compensation Leader at FinThrive since March 2017, and previously held the role of Sales Compensation Manager. Denise's extensive background in sales compensation spans multiple positions at Avaya from July 2000 to March 2017, including US Sales Operations Manager and various roles within Global Incentive Compensation.
