Yvette Shalhoub has a diverse and extensive work experience. Yvette is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at FinThrive since October 2022. Prior to that, Yvette worked at Colonial Pipeline Company as a Compensation Manager from 2005 to 2006. Yvette led an initiative to review and implement a market-based compensation structure and managed the job evaluation process. Yvette also designed and implemented the Company Annual Short Term Incentive Plan.

Yvette's early career was at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they worked as a Compensation Manager from 1990 to 2005. Their responsibilities included compensation design, planning, and administration for over 20,000 employees. Yvette also designed specialized incentive programs, managed pay structures and compensation analysis for over 175 hotels to maintain brand competitiveness in the industry.

Yvette Shalhoub has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Mercy University. Yvette has also obtained a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute.
