Niamh Heaney

Niamh Heaney is a Talent Partner at FinTrU, where expertise lies in the recruitment and development of early career pathways since April 2018. Niamh previously served as a Non-Market Risk Associate, completing a two-year analyst program focused on identifying and mitigating conduct and operational risks within a banking context. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Assistant at Tesco PLC, specializing in the bakery and delivering exceptional customer service, as well as a role as a SEN Classroom Assistant at Glenveagh Special School, supporting children and assisting in classroom activities. Niamh holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, obtained from 2013 to 2016.
