Dovan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition.

- From 2022, Dovan worked as a Senior HRBP Manager at Finture, where they managed the HR division and were responsible for designing and building the company's culture, as well as performance reviews and leveling and grading systems.

- In 2021, Dovan was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Atome, leading the hiring process for the company's financial divisions in Indonesia and Malaysia. They were responsible for developing hiring plans and strategies and ensuring the fulfillment rate met the targets.

- Prior to that, Dovan worked at FKS Group from 2018 to 2021, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later becoming a Talent Acquisition Supervisor. They were involved in recruitment processes for FKS Group and its affiliate companies, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and utilizing various tools and methods.

- In 2017, Dovan worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fischer and Partner Indonesia, conducting interviews, providing career advice, and matching candidates with vacancies at client companies.

- Before that, from 2015 to 2016, Dovan held a role as a Recruitment Consultant at PT. Reeracoen Indonesia, where they interviewed candidates, provided guidance, and matched them with suitable roles.

Dovan attended Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 2008 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Law degree with a focus on the field of Law.
