Ramneek Virk

Ramneek Virk is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at FINVASIA since March 2015. In this role, Ramneek has utilized expertise in HR strategy, policy formulation, organizational design, and HR transformation to enhance human resource management practices. Prior to FINVASIA, Ramneek held the position of Deputy General Manager HR at a confidential company from August 2008 to January 2015, and also served as a Human Resources Manager. Throughout these roles, Ramneek has focused on strategic hiring, employee training, HR analytics, and managing employee grievances.
