Jacqueline Engle (Jacie)

Jacie Engle has extensive work experience spanning over several years. In 1989, they started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Del Crane Medical before moving on to various managerial roles at different companies.

From 1995 to 2005, Engle worked as both a Client Services Manager at Ficke and Associates and IPAT - International Public Access Technologies. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 1995, Engle also joined GovConnect, Inc. as a Solution Center Director, where they oversaw the operations of the solution center until 2009.

Engle's career then took their to First Data Corporation, where they held multiple roles. From 1995 to 2009, they served as an Implementation Director and later as a Director, Delivery. Additionally, they held the position of Director, Project Management Office (PMO) from 1995 to 2016. In these roles, Engle was responsible for managing projects, overseeing product management, and driving the success of ACH Debit/Credit payment products.

In 2008, Engle joined Fiserv as the Vice President of Government Solutions. In this role, they provided leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, operations, and product management of First Data's State & Local Government business. Jacqueline 'Jacie' successfully managed a $20M revenue portfolio across four product lines and built a team dedicated to revenue protection and client relationship expansion.

Engle's most recent position is with Finvi, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Product Management - Payments, Government & Learning Enablement. Since 2021, they have been providing leadership and oversight for Payment and Government Product teams, as well as managing a team of Instructional Designers and Technical Writers.

Throughout their career, Engle has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful implementation of products and solutions. From 1982 to 1987, Jacqueline 'Jacie' Engle attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
