Kelli Schroeder

Kelli Schroeder has extensive work experience in various roles. Kelli is currently working as a Product Manager at Finvi since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PayPal for almost 9 years. Their roles at PayPal include Manager-Global Complaints Expansion, Senior Team Leader, Lead Team Leader Credit Security Operations, Team leader - customer security operations, Senior Agent, and Customer Service Specialist. In their role as Manager-Global Complaints Expansion, they worked cross-functionally to prioritize, roadmap, and coordinate regulatory and enterprise enhancement activities in the complaints space. Kelli developed definitions, categorizations, and strategic initiatives to drive complaint coverage reach across the enterprise and associated brands.

Kelli Schroeder started their education in 2019 at Bellevue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce, General. Kelli completed their undergraduate studies in 2020.

Kelli Schroeder continued their educational journey at Bellevue University, commencing their Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance in 2021. As of now, they are still pursuing their master's degree, with an anticipated completion in 2022.
