Eugene (Geno) Urry

Eugene (Geno) Urry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eugene (Geno) currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President Compliance Testing at FinWise Bank, where they are responsible for developing test scripting, evaluating compliance risk assessments, and performing quality testing and monitoring of partner activities. Prior to this, they served as the Compliance Testing Manager at the same company.

Before joining FinWise Bank, Urry worked at Discover Financial Services for 14 years as a Senior Compliance Tester, Corporate Compliance. In this role, they managed compliance testing for Discover Bank, ensured compliance with federal and state regulations, and responded to audits performed by regulatory bodies such as CFPB, FDIC, and SEC.

Urry also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Ken Garff Automotive Group as a Parts Sales and Shipping professional. Their responsibilities included solving customer inquiries, managing shipping and receiving of parts, and directing a group of drivers for parts deliveries.

Additionally, Urry has volunteered as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During their volunteer service, they were involved in community grassroots efforts, created and implemented new reporting and performance measurements, and held positions that involved training and leading a team of service missionaries.

Eugene (Geno) Urry earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Eugene (Geno) attended the university from 2005 to 2010.
