Kevin Davies

Kevin Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of Fusion Properties since 2003, Kevin oversees development projects focusing on multi-family residential real estate. Additionally, Kevin has been a Senior Fire Fighter and Compliance Officer with Fire and Emergency NZ since 2011. Previous roles include Managing Director at Mortgage Eliminators New Zealand Limited, where Kevin expanded the company significantly, and Director of Sales at AEHC, where exceptional sales strategies led to impressive growth. Kevin's earlier career also includes positions as Industrial Relations Manager at both Lucas Industries and Ford Motor Company, as well as serving as Platoon Commander for the City of West Jordan Fire Department. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and Personnel and Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
